At New Hope Unlimited, we believe that the best treatment plans start with you. In order to provide you with the best care, our team of board-certified medical professionals will review your most recent medical records to establish a treatment program optimized for your specific situation.

Once you submit your records, our medical team will complete the review within 24 hours (normally much sooner). Your Patient Navigator will contact you as soon as they receive the team's response, so be sure to watch for their call.

If you need assistance retrieving your medical records from your primary physician or patient portal, please contact your Patient Navigator as soon as possible. We will work with you to be sure treatment is never delayed because of paperwork.
